SCRIMA OUSTS MAYOR NELSON

Dissatisfaction with incumbent politicians in general and, I believe, Democratic Party incumbents in particular led to Nelson’s defeat by a political neophyte. Keep it up, this bodes well for November. Much, much more later but these tips:

  • To Mayor Scrima, get a copy of “Roberts Rules of Order” and study it. Don’t get cocky, kid.
  • To Nelson supporters, on April 7, 1970, the Milwaukee Brewers lost their first game 12-0. It got better.
  • A big thank you to Mayor Nelson for four entertaining years and your years of service as mayor and alderman. For a mayor, we could have done worse.

    Congratulations Mayor-elect Scrima!

I’m looking forward to a New Day in Waukesha.

PS. It’s interesting timing of Steve Schmucki’s letter in the FREEMAN.

Had this been posted BEFORE the election, Scrima may have won by a landslide.

I am sure half the people who voted for him thought he was THE PIZZA PARTY Scrima.

Actually Sis… it was half of the people who voted for Nelson who were not aware that Jeff is not the same Scrima as the Scrima’s Pizza people

Isn’t Larry Nelson somehow related to the Nelson Bros. Pontiac?

By the way… Scrima’s Pizza was the best!
