Dragon Drawing Contest…..for Kids!
Waukesha, WI: It will be a Big Harry Deal in Downtown Waukesha at Art & Framing 1-2-3 on Saturday July 21st. Kids are invited to draw a picture of a Dragon and post them in the front window for the whole downtown, friends and family to see and vote on. Join in the fun starting at 9 am through 4 pm for drawing and posting of the dragons. One drawing per contestant.
Through out the following week, all of downtown will be coming into the store to cast their vote for their favorite dragon. The winner will be announced next Friday Night Live, July 27th at 7:30 pm. A running tally of votes will be posted daily in the store’s window as well. The winner receives their Art framed and a FREE Harry Potter poster!
Owners Dan and Ramona Engh will be in Harry Potter costume along with assistants, Patrick Hemauer and Alissa Desrocher. Parents are welcome to come inside, cool off, have a seat, and look at the art, while the kids are supervised outside at the drawing tables.
Kids, tell your parents to bring you downtown to 311 West Main Street to sign up for a drawing. Art & Framing 1-2-3 is right next door to Black Dragon Tattoo. “STAG PATRONUS!”
Art & Framing 1-2-3 provides a simple picture framing service. Inside the store you will also discover original paintings be artist DE. The store is conveniently located at 311 West Main Street, just west of the five points in Historic Downtown Waukesha.
