New Year’s Eve in La Crosse

Despite the fact that I spent the better part of the 70s in La Crosse, I was never there on New Year’s Eve, preferring instead to spend it here with my Waukesha friends. The nice touches that they add up there are fireworks shows off of Grandad Bluff, which overlooks the east side of the city. Here’s a video.
