First Day of Fall Freeman
September 23, 2006
- Mr. Bucher goes after the ethically challenged Elections Board.
- Mrs. Bucher goes after the ethically challenged Elections Board.
- Chris Lufter throws her conservative support behind Bill Kramer in the 97th Assembly race against the Left-Wing Lawyer/Eco-Extremist Democrat opponent.
- Somebody shot with a Taser lives to tell about it.
- Illegal immigrant deported. Something you won’t see if Catch and Release Kate gets elected AG.
- Pete Kennedy writes about Julian Schwartz. He may have been the best basketball player in Waukesha high school history, but had problems which prevented him from being a great college player. So who was the best Waukesha high schooler ever in the Chronicle’s opinion? Hmm, Roy Birk, Bill Schwartz, Mark Sahs, Jim Drews, John Anderson, Mark Delsman? Nope. Dave Delsman or Jim Rappis, for sure. Dave Delsman’s the only high school player I’ve ever seen get a standing ovation from the home crowd … on the road at South Milwaukee. Rappis was taller and a better shooter, an assassin with bad knees. I guess I’d have to go with Jim Rappis.
